Magic Mojo Tips: What’s the last thing you think of at night?
Your subconscious mind is the powerhouse for creating magic.
It’s the part of us that drives and designs our life. We aren’t aware of it, but it is working in the background. It creates based upon what you tell it to do.
Yep. You are sending messages all day long to your subconscious, telling it to create things you are thinking and feeling.
A scary thought or an exciting one?
That’s why I put so much effort into learning how to be aware of and control my thoughts during the day as I know that soon enough they will become my reality.
Thoughts become things.
What about when we are asleep though? Do we have any thoughts and can we control them?
Well you can. When you are asleep, your subconscious mind does its most powerful creation. It’s because you shut down and stop sending it a different message every minute with a new thought, so it has about 6 hours to work on creating one thought for you.
The very last thing you are thinking about before you go to sleep.
Hmm. What is it usually for you?
The thing that pissed you off the most during your day, the thing that excited you most, or your hopes and dreams for the future?
You determine your reality.
Get into the habit of making your last thought for the evening a happy one filled with promised and embellished with gratitude.
My evening ritual looks something like this.
I read a chapter of an empowering book, at the moment it is Chris Guilleubeau’s $100 Start Up. Do not make your reading anything depressing or negative. You will feed that into your subconscious to create negative and depressing circumstances in your life.
I then run through the day in my mind focusing only on all the good things that happen. I pause over each one and feel the positive emotions the event gave me; I then say thank you three times.
I say a thrice thank you for my amazing life and a final thank you for all the extraordinary things happening for me tomorrow.
Now that I am super fired up with gratitude and happiness, I allow my mind to imagine and feel that all my goals and desires are my reality and I feel grateful for them.
And I drift off to sleep.
An activity that lasts for 10 minutes before sleep is one of the most powerful ways to create a life full of magic.

I totally agree with you on this post. I always dream of positive, exciting things to come. I seldom waste my time on people or situations that may have made me have a second thought. Because my lifetime here is much too valuable for that. Fantastic post. Fills me up for a great day tomorrow : )
Love your blog : )

Hi Caz – loving your Mojo Magic. Great night-time ritual – do you feel like you get a good night’s sleep? I feel like I often go to sleep easily (or zonked) but wake in the middle of the night with worries, and sometimes inspiration. Would love more ispiration and fewer worries.

Yes. Since I have been doing this I have found I am sleeping really well, but then again, I’m always so busy, it’s not hard for me to zonk out. I have noticed that I rarely dream anymore, which is strange because I used to all the time and have really bizarre dreams.
