Podcast: What to do when things go wrong
The last month for me has not been a great.
You probably know I am not one to dwell on the negatives, much preferring to follow an empowered path and turn the bad into good.
I tell ya, it has been a struggle, but I am digging deep to find the lessons and grow.
What do you do when things go wrong in your life?

[And it’s not cry, although sometimes that works. Like it did for me at 5am this morning, when I finally got Savannah to sleep after two hours of trying. The last couple of weeks have been like that with her. Exhaustion sometimes speaks through tears.]
We have to do more than cry in order to turn it around completely.

Hi Caz – I’m at home today after working full time and being crazy busy the last few weeks, so I’m enjoying some time while my son is having a (hopefully) nice long sleep and I found a few moments to listen to your podcast, the first one I’ve listened to. I really sympathise with the frustrations and dramas that piled up on you in Thailand and since you’ve been home. I really think there must have been something cosmic going on with the last fiery breath of the Year of the Dragon fanning frustrations for me too. Hopefully a new Chinese New Year that started Sunday will spell calmer and productive times for moving beyond the frustrations. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and tips. (PS don’t forget my kids meditation video, if they or you need a spot of calm in the day).

Thank you Kathy. I knocked over a pile of work yesterday so am feeling a little better. Great to know about the fiery dragon. Didn’t think about the impact that would have. Bring on the new Chinese year. I’m going to get onto the kids meditation this week!
